Founder of GrowthCraft Group. I build the machinery behind growing businesses.
Get in touchI'm a founder based in Waterloo Region with a background in accounting and finance at Conestoga College. I started out in financial analysis, bookkeeping, and payroll — and kept noticing the same thing: most businesses don't fail for lack of ambition, they stall because the systems behind the work can't keep up. So I started building those systems.
Along the way I've taken that curiosity on the road — walking trade fairs and supplier warehouses in China, studying how business moves in Dubai, and spending time in southern Africa, where my family's story begins. Seeing how things actually get made and sold, up close, changed how I build.
GrowthCraft is a studio for businesses that need to grow but don't have the in-house muscle yet. We handle talent management, advertising, and tech solutions — including tailored systems built around how a business actually runs, not how software thinks it should. From payroll and invoicing automation to full operational platforms, the goal is the same: remove the friction between a good business and its next stage.
Recent work includes a custom solar quoting platform for Net Zero Electric in Cambridge and the website for KW AIM School in Kitchener-Waterloo.

TrueCare Partners is my answer to that. It connects PSWs, RPNs, and RNs with long-term care facilities and home care clients across Ontario — giving care workers real control over their schedules while facilities get reliable, vetted staff. Ontario's long-term care system is short thousands of workers; TrueCare exists to close that gap without asking caregivers to give up their lives to do it.
